The Durham Black Futures (DBF) initiative is CLAN’s flagship platform dedicated to advancing Black economic empowerment across Durham Region. By bringing together entrepreneurs, professionals, students, employers, investors, policymakers, and community leaders, DBF creates opportunities that strengthen businesses, develop talent, and build long-term community prosperity.
